  • What to Expect on Service Day
    1. Our will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. 2. The Scooper will arrive and clean the yard vertically then again horizontally to ensure its fully cleaned 3. We will double bag the waste and place in your trash can, unless the "Haul-Away package was purchased" 4. • Do I need to be home during the service?
No, we do not require you to be home for your pooper scooper service. We simply ask that you allow easy access to your backyard and your dog is away if there is any chance of aggression/territorial.
  • Can I choose the day you come?
Yes, we will do our best to get you added to the route on the day requested.
  • Do you provide an arrival window for services?
Similar to a garbage truck route we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low. Our routes run from around 8am to dusk. We provide about 60 minutes’ notice so you are properly informed of our arrival. If you are at the beginning of our route, you will likely receive a 15-30 minute on-the-way text
  • Will you clean the yard if my dog is outside?
Yes! Our team of pooper scoopers loves working with dogs, it’s one of the best parts of the job! We just ask that if you have an aggressive dog you leave it inside during your dog waste removal service. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority.
  • Do you provide service all year?
Yes, WeScoop all year round, even in snow we will come and scoop your yard. This especially helps to prevent a crazy Spring cleaning when the snow melts and reveals the months of waste waiting to surprise you.
  • How do I pay?
We have a client portal where payment is processed. Once your account is created and you receive the email with login info, you can log into the Client Portal. Inside your portal account, you will have access to copies of all paid invoices, and records of past/scheduled services, and you can link your credit/debit card to the secure platform. After you link your card, we will generate and pay invoices on your behalf and send you receipts.
  • Do you Bill monthly?
Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due upon completion of the job. If you move forward with subscription services after an initial cleanup, you will be billed for the remainder of the month if any more cleanups fall in that month, along with the initial cleanup on the same day. After that billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. If payment is not received before your first cleanup of the month, service will be paused.
